John Fair

John has invested in, developed, and managed properties in every asset class and type of real estate including development of more than 1,000 residential units, thousands of acres of land development, 3 million square feet of industrial space, multiple master planned communities, and three resorts including internationally renowned resorts Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos and Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas.

Over the past three and a half decades, John has gained significant expertise in construction, development, property management, hotel and resort management, and sales and marketing. The common theme throughout his career and varied types of real estate development is creating value through creative vision, hands on execution, and a passion for excellence.
